Super Eagles forward Peter Olayinka has joined Saudi Arabian club Al Wehda as a free agent, according to reports on Monday.
Super Eagles Nigeria reports that the 30-year-old Nigerian forward will continue his career in Saudi Arabia after leaving Cypriot club APOEL Nicosia. He now joins the former club of fellow Nigerian striker Odion Ighalo.
Olayinka previously played for Slavia Prague and Red Star Belgrade before moving to APOEL. He joined Red Star in 2023 after agreeing a free transfer from Slavia Prague.
Al Wehda currently competes in the Saudi First Division League after relegation from the Saudi Pro League.

Olayinka follows Ighalo to Al Wehda, where the former Super Eagles striker previously played.
Ighalo joined Al Wehda in 2023 after leaving Al Hilal and spent time with the Mecca-based club before continuing his career elsewhere in Saudi Arabia.
The move gives Olayinka his first reported spell in Saudi Arabia after several seasons in European football.
